After reading numerous posts on the interwebs, I theorize that that the air gap on the clutch is too large. Heat is causing expansion, which makes gap too large for electromagnetic.. If neither have volts, then the clutch/switch/pressure is the issue. Usually the system sends bat volts to the pressure switch and it passes it through to the clutch. So you need volts to the pressure switch, continuity through the switch, and continuity to the coil. If the clutch plate to pulley air gap is too large, it will not pull in AC clutch replacement.
